We only consider a package lost if it has not arrived 6 weeks after the shipping date (Canada Post Guidelines) has passed.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Please note we only offer exchanges and no returns/refunds at this point. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be defective or damaged.  
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info {at} ejwipsdesigns{dot}ca. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

The following types of products are not eligible for returns, exchanges or credits

  • Earrings
  • Sale items
  • Discounted items
  • Items purchased with a store credit
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
All items purchased on sale or with a promotional code are considered final sale. Items will not be eligible for return/exchange or store credit.

Cancelling an order

An order cannot be cancelled or refunded once it is shipped.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
