Having trouble falling asleep?
I take a few drops of this before bed with my last swallow of my night tea and then settle down to relax.
It doesn't take long before I'm yawning and I'm ready for bed. If I wake up in the night I take a few more drops, and back to sleep I fall.
Valerian, Chamomile, Passion Flower, Mullien, Lavender, Lobelia, Black Cohosh, Blue Cohosh, California Poppy, Vodka.
Also comes in a non-alcohol form with Coconut Oil, Vegetable Glycerin
