How do I make a custom basket or jewelry order?

Place an order through our website. We have a wide range of African art and accessories to choose from.

Can I design the piece myself?

Yes you can. Please keep in mind that while we would love to deliver the piece of your dreams, we must also stay within our artistic integrity and African theme.

How long will it take to make my custom order?

Depending on the piece it will take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to make.

I saw a piece on your site, can you make me the same thing?

Here at Alora we pride ourselves on all our pieces being unique, so much so we made it our slogan: "Designs as Unique As You".  We may be able to make you something similar but it will still be unique.

I saw something on my travels to Africa, Would you be able to get me something similar?

Again, because all our pieces are handmade we are not be able to promise an exact same item. In any case, we will try to get you something similar.

I have a question that hasn't been answered. What do I do?
