Shipping Policy

We ship orders every 5-7 days {not including Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays}.

You will receive notification once your items have been shipped.

Please note our shipping includes materials for packaging and cost of delivery. 

If you request it, we will gift wrap your jewelry so it is ready for giving. 

We ship via Canada Post.

Be advised that international orders take a considerable amount of time in transit. Usually about 10-30 business days depending on where you are in the world.

Products are not considered to be missing for 6weeks after shipment. 

Custom Jewelry Delivery Times

Custom jewelry may take up to 8 weeks to complete. Some orders may take longer, we will communicate with you if this is this case.

A 50% deposit is required to start any work on your custom order.

Notes:

Alora cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages due to Canada Post strikes, delays, etc. That being said, we will do our best to resolve any issues by contacting Canada Post on your behalf. Packages are not considered lost until 6 weeks after the package is sent.

Free Local Pickup

If you live in Calgary, you can pick up your order from our studio as long as the items you have chosen are branded as Alora Boutique on the product page.

Pick up takes place in the NorthEast of Calgary by appointment only.

Please note: you MUST choose a pick up day and time in advance. We cannot accommodate drop ins.

International Jewelry Shipping Fees

All customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Tracking

Tracking is available with express-post and priority shipping. If you need tracking please select this shipping option at checkout. 

Customs & Import Duties

Customs and/or import duties are charged when the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office about this before placing your order.

Taxes

If you're in Canada you'll be charged the appropriate tax for your province (HST or PST) plus the GST. US and International orders are subject to customs and duties fees and whichever state taxes apply to your order.

Payment Methods & Currency

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Email Money Transfer. We also accept Paypal, a secure online payment system that accepts all major credit cards and debit cards. For more information on how to sign up please refer to Paypal.com. If you have payment issues, please send us a message, so we can find a solution. We can hold items for up to a maximum of 5 business days.
